"The Lone Wolf" is an acrylic painting on a 12x16 inch stretched canvas. Picture reference by Taylor Justine Mohr. Comes framed with a black floating frame.
Artist Notes: As with many of my pieces, I tend to gravitate towards contrasting colors. The peachy hues in the sky worked wonderfully against the blue shadows of the snow. I had the most fun working on the wolf's chest in this painting. I feel like I successfully portrayed the look of matted long fur when it has been wet and dried off.
